AL’S Atomic Construction is a growing construction company specializing in asphalt paving, concrete work, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and related civil construction projects. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Estimator Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Manage and follow up on bidding processes from start to finish.
Request and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Communicate with clients and customers for bid follow-ups and clarifications.
Coordinate with project manager and operations teams.
Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and proposals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience as an Estimator or Estimator Engineer in the construction industry.
Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
Excellent communication and customer follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
